Congratulations to Edwin and Lisa Lagera on the birth of their second child, Justin Demontano Lagera on March 31, 2:39 am at NJ, USA. He weighs 6 Lbs and 10 oz. (kanino pa ba naman magmamana ng kabigatan kung hindi sa ama. he he he he). Congratulations too, to Pamela Lagera for being a new big sister to Justin.
