July 2018 was a busy month for LSQC Pusong 81.

On July 2, Pampi Tamesis together with his son Paco visited Osaka, Japan as a HS graduation trip for Paco. They were joined by Doc Alvin Agustin in this trip. Alvin also shared pictures of his flight back to Manila via PAL wherein his purser is no other than Titus Pineda, a LSQC Pusong 81 from grade school.

On July 6, Max Medina met up with Raymond Lanzona at Starbucks, Fishers Mall for a quick cup of coffee.

On July 9, Edwin L, Oyo, Jogjog of CA AND Marlon, Pidol, Roehl, Boyette and wife Nette from PHL met in Santa Monica for a trip to Vegas to meet with Manny Kwek and his wife Mira.

They rented a house thru AirBnB for a three day stay in Vegas. One of the highlights of the trip was when the only bachelor in the group, Pidol, had several photo op at the Vegas Strip with scantily clad models.

On July 24, I visited RT Gonzales in his transient room business, Tarragon Corner, while I was in the area. He now has a dining nook which opens at 6:30 PM, Gravy Na Ito.

On July 25, Alvin and Junn C met up on a trip first to Melbourne and then to Sidney on July 30 to meet up with Bob Luna.

On July 28, Oyo and Edwin Lagera met up at the Santa Ana Bike Trail for some exercise.

August 17 was a day for gathering to celebrate the birthdays for June-July-August. 13 pax were able to attend at Livestock Bar and Restaurant.

For four Sundays beginning October 21, the LSQC Pusong 81 bowling team composed of Cho-cho, Napoy, Paga, Omar with Martin as team captain/coach joined the 1st LSQCAA-Delfin Almeda Memorial Bowling Cup. Our team placed 7th out of 10 teams.

On November 18, the bachelor Manny Francisco visited CA, USA again for a cup of coffee with some LSQC Pusong 81 CA. In the evening of that day, they attended the birthday celebration of Manny's sister Marilen.

On November 28, Oyo met up with Ed Carrasco in CA.

On December 1, the group welcomed balikbayan Jay Samson at Jay-J's Inasal at Metrowalk. 15 pax attended the event. Many thanks to Nani Almeda for the treat.

Naging malungkot ang buong batch sa pagpanaw ni Atty. Manny Tan ng Dec 23 dahil sa komplikasyon matapos syang ma-i-stroke ng August and again during the early weeks of Dec. Nag eulogy ang batch for Manny T on Dec 27

To cap off 2018, the batch had a gathering on Dec 30 with 10 pax attending. This is to welcome as well balikbayans Jogjog Martinez and Eric Constantino together with their respective sons, Ron and Migo.
